At Leaders Academy, we believe great education starts with great people. Our team is a vibrant mix of experienced coaches and passionate mentors from all over the world—each bringing their own unique voice, background, and perspective to the classroom.
Our international coaches include World Schools Debate Championship champions and veterans of some of the world’s most prestigious debate circuits. They’ve stood on global stages, not just to compete, but to inspire and lead. They bring that same energy and care into every lesson, helping students grow not only as debaters, but as confident thinkers and communicators.
At home in Korea, our instructors are some of the brightest minds from top Korean universities. They understand the local academic landscape and bridge it with global standards of critical thinking and expression. Their deep empathy and academic rigor make them the ideal guides for young learners navigating both school and the wider world.
Leaders Academy was founded with one goal: to unlock potential. Our CEO, Roger Hatridge, once coached the most successful team to ever represent Korea at the World Schools Debate Championship. Her leadership is rooted in both excellence and empathy—values that echo throughout our team.

Leaders Academy is seeking expert, highly-motivated individuals with a passion for education to join us. We believe in allowing instructors to focus on their specialty, improving the quality of education and teacher satisfaction. Whether you are an expert in Macroeconomics or Modernist Literature, you can find a place here at Leaders Academy. We boast competitive salaries, paid-leave, and a positive work environment.
Currently, we are looking to hire full-time debate instructors and English instructors. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or above in their field of expertise.
