At Leaders Academy, we believe great education starts with great people. Our team is a vibrant mix of experienced coaches and passionate mentors from all over the world—each bringing their own unique voice, background, and perspective to the classroom.

Our international coaches include World Schools Debate Championship champions and veterans of some of the world’s most prestigious debate circuits. They’ve stood on global stages, not just to compete, but to inspire and lead. They bring that same energy and care into every lesson, helping students grow not only as debaters but as confident thinkers and communicators.

At home in Korea, our instructors are some of the brightest minds from top Korean universities. They understand the local academic landscape and bridge it with global standards of critical thinking and expression. Their deep empathy and academic rigor make them the ideal guides for young learners navigating both school and the wider world.

Leaders Academy was founded with one goal: to unlock potential. Our CEO, Mr. Hatridge, once coached the most successful team ever to represent Korea at the World Schools Debate Championship. Her leadership is rooted in both excellence and empathy—values that echo throughout our team.

리더스 아카데미는 잠재력 발현이라는 단 하나의 목표로 설립되었습니다. 저희 CEO인 Mr. Hatridge는 세계 학교 토론 선수권 대회(WSDC) 한국 대표팀에서 9년의 코칭 경력을 쌓았으며, 과거에 한국을 대표했던 팀 중 가장 성공적인 팀을 코치한 경험이 있습니다.
